About Us

Scoundrel is what happens when a group of mates, hospo veterans with an obsessive enthusiasm for what they do, sit around a box of beers and fantasise about what their dream spot would be like. Turns out it's a converted warehouse with a 1950s Austin truck parked in the middle, dripping with greenery and strewn with comfy couches, dog bowls and featuring a window into our roastery so you can watch the magic happen.

Our soft tortilla tacos are the star of the menu's show, bursting with flavour, fresh, vibrantly-coloured ingredients, and virtually impossible to consume in moderation. If you're so bonkers that tacos don't float your boat, there's a heap more deliciousness on both our daytime and evening menus to keep you happy as Larry.

Our drinks list gets a bit cheeky with a host of tap wines but, trust us, quality isn't only poured from a bottle! Our beer and bottled wine list has been agonised over to ensure we're providing you the best of what home-grown and overseas has to offer.

If you know us, you know we love our dogs, which is why they're welcome both inside and out, and always catered for with a little somethin' somethin' to keep them relaxed and entertained so you can be too.

Scoundrel is the perfect spot to start your morning with a Rad brew, spend a little longer than you planned on your lunch break or to yarn away the evening with your partner, a bunch of friends and whanau, or the whole office for an 'any excuse' work do.
