Our epic roastery, Rad Roasting Co, operates out of our warehouse, behind a tantalising pane of glass. Their philosophy is that life is just too short for bad coffee and, as such, they take pride in their meticulous approach to roasting, where passion and expertise combine to create the ideal flavour profile. The Rad Way is all about embracing the stoke, living in the moment and sipping on a cup of Rad Roasting Co's finest brew, whether you're on a board, roadtripping or just kickin' back.

Partnering with other small, independent businesses in Christchurch isn't just a choice, it's a celebration of the vibrant community we call home. We are all about fostering connections, supporting dreams and turning local into damn good flavour. Our sister spot, six ounces, is by far our favourite cafe and bar - besides ourselves! Nestled in the heart of Merivale, they are cafe by day, wine and cheese bar by night. Also dog-friendly, it's the perfect place to curl up with a coffee, unwind with a glass of NZ's finest drops or share a mouth-watering meat and cheese platter with friends.
The Queen of Cakes herself, Sophie at Full Time Tart, has built her business on crafting the best sweet treats in all shapes and sizes. We are proud to sell her unreal cupcakes at both Scoundrel and six ounces, but her show-stopping celebration and wedding cakes are truly a joy to behold.
We are pretty fanatical about our dogs and are beyond stoked to stock nothing but natural and enriching treats for the four-legged friends you bring in to Scoundrel. Best For Pets, on Mairehau Road, is an incredible resource for all your raw, unprocessed food needs.
